Just got wind of two new 2015 Mustang Air Intakes and wanted to share.

I am excited to see AirAid come out with two nice intake kits for the new Mustang GT and Eco Boost models. Their intakes are not "tune required" so you don't have to subject your brand new car to any factory warranty debate if any issues arise.

I really like the idea of the sealed box. It will keep any unwanted elements off of the filter from any hood vents and will ensure the 5.0 will pull air in form outside only.

Not as of yet that I know about since the product has not officially been released.

Hopefully it still comes with a sound tube delete.

If you wanted a sealed box why not just leave the stock air box?

Thanks, JDM, for helping spread the word! We just thought we'd chime in on a couple of questions / comments:

Are there any pictures of this installed? I'm having a hard time visualizing it
Hi Boogeyman, we have posted installed pics of the EcoBoost in the EcoBoost forum; I'm hoping to get some installed shots of the GT today and will post them in the 5.0L forum.

Hopefully it still comes with a sound tube delete.
Indeed it does! You can choose to keep or delete the resonator tube with our kit.

If you wanted a sealed box why not just leave the stock air box?
Interestingly, since we came out with the initial pics of the '15 kit, we've had several requests for sealed boxes on the 11-14s...it appears there's demand for both open and closed styles. The closed box with these systems is the direct result of consumer feedback and a nod to emissions.

A larger MAF housing as AirAid will use will allow more air thus creating more horsepower.

That is the difference.
