Does anyone know of any place at all that I can see a 2015 coupe in the Las Vegas or Henderson areas? I'm willing to go anywhere to see it, even California Utah, or Arizona if necessary.

I'm kicking myself for missing the 50th anniversary celebration, but I simply wasn't into the car at that time. Now I'm trying to decide if I might actually buy one. I keep hearing people say that it looks much better in person, I need that to push me over the fence.

On a humorous side note, I was at CES 2014 and stood next to it. I remember saying to myself, "nice car", even took a few pics. But that was the extent of it and I wasn't mentally focused on it at all. If I were in that situation again I would take a MUCH better look, lol.

If Vegas, you might have to wait until SEMA in early November. You would have the added bonus of seeing some cool tuner S550's probably.

I think LA auto show is also in Nov.

Thank you. Motor Trend car show is around that time too but I really want to see one now!

Keep in mind, though, that SEMA isn't open to the public. Unless you're in the business, the only way to see one there is there happens to be one outside, in front of the show hall. There are always a lot of cars out front, so it could happen, especially if Ford monopolizes the lot out front again this year.

True that. Good point. Better to try to catch it at the auto shows.

Tho I can't wait to see what they can do with the S550 at SEMA.

I was under the impression they would be out on the street by November. Please correct me with more current date.

Same here. I may even be willing to fly somewhere to see it in person. Is there a website with an appearance schedule or something? I was even gonna fly to Columbus when one turned up there but last minute plane tickets from Memphis to Columbus were outrageous and I didn't request Monday off. I really want to see and hear this car in person.

Totally agree, I would travel too. The issue is I can't find a place that tells where and when the car will be making an appearance. For example I found out it made an appearance in California earlier this month. Had I known in advance I could have made the trip. The only reason I knew it made that appearance was seeing photos posted after the event had occurred.

Same here. When the gentleman ran into the guard (my color) Mustang in Columbus, I didn't know until I saw it here. I immediately started packing but ultimately the plane tickets were unreasonable. If I had 4 days notice, there is no way I would miss the next appearance. Assuming it's in the lower 48.

I wonder if one of our friendly Ford reps could help us out with that. Has anyone asked Tricia?

Yes-->

Hey Husker,

I do not have access to an appearance schedule but they'll be hitting the dealerships in the fall.

Have a great weekend!

Tricia

Much appreciated but I'm not going to last until October! I'll find one to look at somehow before then.

I went on the Shelby tour last week with the sole purpose of spotting a 2015, none to be found. I thought for sure they would have one in the building being modified. 2 different Shelby employees told me they didn't currently have one. Though one of those employees said they did have one a little while ago.

Ford should park one in each dealer's showroom in the country. Even a full size model would do the trick. It would generate a ton of excitement. Yeah, yeah it will hurt the sales of the remaining 2014's, so what? I think hyping the new model up to astronomical sales numbers is a better strategy. It would keep people from buying an alternative in the interim.

Haha, gah they give us nothing! I really would love to see it in person. We need alerts that come right to our phones whenever the car will be in the public. Any app developers here? You could call it "spot a stang" or "Mustang tracker" or "Pony tracks" haha. Any mca meetings coming up where it may appear?
