2015 GT Tapping noise

Just turned 40k, and noticed a tapping sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. I can hear it while driving, when the throttle is in that stage between accelleration and decel, almost coasting. I am thinking/hoping its nothing major, and its something I can adjust. should I plan on buying a new valve cover gasket or are these somewhat reusable?

Are you modded? You still have 5 yr 60k powertrain warranty

That's your bumper to bumper warranty. Powertrain warranty is 5/60k.
