I was doing a track day yesterday and after a few sessions I was told I had white smoke coming from the exhaust on the driver side, mostly noticeable on downshifts. Oil and coolant levels seemed fine, and car was not overheating or showing any warning lights or messages. Looking under the car I saw some oil leaking from somewhere, but without lifting the car all I can see (other than my friend also looking from the other side, lol) is a small poodle on the floor and oil drops accumulating from the point I circled below...

Any hints about what could it be?
Thanks in advance.

The first thing I'd check for is a loose oil filter.

Check your valve cover gasket on that side? The oil burning off on the exhaust points me in that direction.

Thanks @mc68386 and @PSI after a closer look it seems indeed the valve cover gasket:

Good to hear it’ll be a nice simple fix.

I've notice an oil leak on my passenger side right by the headers. My starter is covered in oil and there is some risidual on my headers bolts. Heres some videos and pics. ******Please mute videos I had music on*****

Thank you, I hope it is not too bad.

I don't have enough mechanical skills to fix it, so I will have to take it to the shop... hopefully it will not hurt too much, but you never know. In any case, I'm glad that I've got some advice for it, so thanks again.

Definitely the valve cover.. track days, heat and Ford only putting half the necessary screws in the plastic valve covers are a recipe for disaster.
I had this exact same issue. Re-sealing and Torquing down the bolts might do it..

I went for the OEM GT500 aluminum valve covers. Never had this issues since, all tight and sealed.
