On my 2015 GT I want to see if I can get the actual number reading on the gauges or on the temperature gauge on the lower left. IU was able to do this on my older Expedition with ForScan but could not find it for the Mustang. Does anyone know if this can be done and what modules to change? Thanks (P.S., my son shot this when we were driving, so sorry it is a little fuzzy)

I miss having numbers too. Gen 7 owners miss that feature as well. Adding numbers to an electronic dash increases product development cost to add that circuit feature, and Ford wasn't going to do that. (Most folks don't care about numbers like you and I do.)
