Hey guys just wondering if a PP1 chin spoiler off a 2015-2017 will fit on a 2015-2017 base none PP car?

No...you will need to upgrade the belly pan, etc.
Do what I did and order a 2016 California splitter like I did.
I posted pictures somewhere.

Cool. Is it just the belly pan or more that needs to be changed?
Does the California Special fit right on to a base bumper and match up with the base belly pan?

The California Spoiler fits right up to the GT (no PP) after taking the base spoiler off.
Buy a few extra fasteners in case any break.
Took us about 2 hours using jack stands.
