No, you discounted us by applying impossible requirements that we cant get unless we start a lawsuit and get the information of every GT350 owner and interview them. Honestly, without hiring a lawyer to pursue that line of information we cant provide it to Ford.

If Ford feels they ethically owe us nothing and don't want to provide a adequate solution, there does seem to be owners willing to take it to the courts to see if they are legally required to provide us with the "most track capable Mustang".

I just know that since you do not have any part of this financially, you must just be making the same argument because you like the attention. I believe in internet speak those people are called Trolls.
Whats impossible about asking the member of the forum for details?

We've all read your continuous opinion on this matter.

What makes you a troll is that you have no issue with your car and others do. Those come to this thread to post their concerns. But you are "trolling" this thread to make sure we all know that you pick the right package and we didn't.

And you refuse to see our side. You just want to keep saying the same thing just to get a reaction.

Wait I think someone just posted something negative about Ford. Maybe you can go be a "firestarter" there.

Hahaha well said, i personnaly think he works undercover for Ford social media with a fake account, he is here to discourage us from taking any actions whatsoever.
I think it is best to just ignore him.

Of course being north of the border makes it impossible for us Canucks to be part of any legal actions, so that being said, i stil think it is best for now to just try and reach out to them in any way possible.

I can write an email as well, nothing to lose in that regards, we could also see if starting a private list of owners name and car info would be possible. :shrug:

I will call FP today and see about my owners supplement shipping ETA and will again ask about the cooler kits.

Will keep you guys posted.

I can provide y'all with some details about Ford warranty procedure and Ford information. I will say there is a general consensus with Ford that warranty work is extremely difficult to perform when there is a clear problem and either no solution or effort by Detroit to develop a real fix. It is an unfortunate aspect to bureaucratically charged corporations.

Agreed! That is why I tried to work with Ford and the dealer. 10 weeks today nothing resolved. I really think the strategy now with them is admit nothing and keep pushing them off. And in my case sometimes the fix or repair creates more damage and that is where I'm at. The original resolution created more problems with the car and now no one at Ford or the dealership wants to deal with it. Just a bad situation for all. Thought Ford may stand behind their product one way or another for all of us.

I would of rather had ford say car has 1 year warranty but really this car is specialized and limited limited production and if you are not a mechanically inclined person or have a qualified mechanic do not buy it. Just like the original Shelbys.

Lots of Marketing and all BS
I'm not up-to-speed on your situation. What exactly was the problem, the repair and the further damage?

If your GT350 has hit limp mode on the road like mine has you can file a complaint here..

If enough people complain they will be forced to investigate. That is how recalls start.

There is no one side here there are actually like 3 sides lumped into one.

I am actually pretty anti corporation pro consumer so when Im not blindly on your side you should be concerned.

I did. hit limp mode for tranny overheat three times so far this summer on my commute home. 45min drive in traffic all three times.

Now that I can see my tranny temps with the gauge via the Forscan settings I average 220 to 240 temps in cool weather.
