2015-2016 Shelby GT350/GT350R Mustang Orders Placed (Vote/Share Here)

To all,

My ordered car was built on the 22nd of December and shipped on 04 Jan 16, expected delivery is on the 14-15 Jan 16. I am very excited, however....the dealership placed my order and assured me MSRP no mark up. Now they are singing a different tune....They are marking up the car 5k and that puts the car out of my budget. I know their are dealerships that have sold their 350 at MSRP, I have spoken to some already. Is there away to find out who has GT350 available so that I can try to pin one dealer against the other?

Sorry to hear this man! It's stories like these that scare me! Mine should be delivered sometime in January. So far the dealer has been amazing, but this has been my fear since placing the order. I have an email and DORA that state MSRP.

I would definitely ask to speak to the GM.

Yes, I do have the order sheet...I took a picture of it. Will keep this in mind when I go to pick up the car.

I would just play it cool, walk in, say a deal is a deal and that you will be walking away with the car, at the price agreed to. If they refuse, mention your intended course of action. Maybe even call the local news if they want a consumer alert story (they love them for some reason)

holy crp some of the gt350s that arrived my dealer didnt come with rear facia and loose reverse lights, still not delivered as they're waiting for parts sitting on the lot! why are they rushing production so bad if the dealer has to finish building the car??

Maybe they were damaged from improper loading and the dealer is going to repair.

I come to the Dallas are regularly to go for visits to friend a and fo Dr appointments. I drive a variety of cars but I'll wave if I see you. Hopefully I'll have my R in the April time frame and we'll see one another.

Listen to all of the suggestions. Most, if not all, are a good call. Start at the G.M. level and work your way up. Do not under any circumstances let them intimate you. As soon as you ordered the car, as far as the law is concerned, a verbal contract was made. If you have the order signed they're done legally. Give'm hell.

That's a deal. FP said my car passed through Battle Creek MI this morning...that's about an hour and a half from Flat Rock...=( At this rate it will be here in June...:doh:

I love the stripes...what is the out line stripe? looks like lime green over charcoal grey. either way looks great !
