Went to the 33rd anniversary mustang show&shine today, few owners were talking and mentioned a whole row of new gen mustangs having issue with decklid coming loose. I walked behind and snapped photos, interestingly they were all loose from the exact same spot! :eyebulge: check yours, post pics if this applies, maybe we should be getting a recall on it guys?:shrug:

What's the cause? What holds the panel tight in that spot?

I just looked at mine ... looks perfectly flush.

mine was loose about a month ago, i tightened it up and hasnt come loose since. It was the drivers side hardware.
