Although this is probably a null point as I intend to get a 2015 Mustang, I am curious how the cargo capacity of the 2011-2014 coupes compare to the convertible. One of my gripes when I rented a 2013 Mustang convertible was the fact I couldn't fit my girlfriend's luggage into the trunk due to the narrowing floorline near the seat/rear diff. Now I imagine the coupe would have a longer trunk since it doesn't need room for the roof to go into, but can any of you fit a large (26" tall) travel suitcase into your trunks? I'd hate to wrestle suitcase(s) into the back seat as this usually marks up the plastic on the seatbacks if you're not really careful (I've owned 6 coupes, so I know the pain). Just curious how the coupes fare. The floor line rising due to the solid rear axle should be more flat with the introduction of IRS on the 2015 model, correct?
Just so you know I'm talking about the larger roller bags people travel with on long trips/flights etc.
