So my GT premium (non PP) has the 20" wheel option.

I have found out that the 20" option adds the firewall to strut tower brace as well as the underneath K Brace. So just a few questions for anyone with some answers.

What other goodies does the 20" wheel option add??

Also my belly pan has the oil filter access Door. I thought this was only on the PP GT. Is this also another goodie the 20" wheel option adds?

Also am I correct that only the PP gets the oil filter access Door??

Thanks!

I also have the a 2015 Premium with the 20 inch wheels.

I don't believe the k-brace is part of the option.

Car did not come with one, I had to install my own.

Dealer changes oil, so no idea about the access door

from my understanding is the 20inch wheels are just wheels. i have them and i havent seen anything that would lead me to believe something was added because of them

20"inch package is just wheels/tires. Nothing else. My friend bought a 16' Eco prem w/same 20's.

The 20" Foundry wheels should add the K-brace. When installing my Ford Racing strut tower brace, I did not need to install the included K-brace as it was already there.

It also adds expensive tire options.

I have a 2015 Premium with 20" foundry's and it does include the K brace under the hood, but not under the car. When I ordered a strut tower brace I bought a take off PP brace since I already had the k-brace. The only other difference is the pieces of foam that block off the air ducts at the outside edge of the fog lamps. The airflow through those vents is blocked off with the 20" wheels, but no one seems to really know the answer why. There was a thread about this way back when. Seems most never even knew about this until they read about it in that thread, then everyone debated whether they really needed to be there. Seems like a lot of people just pulled them out once they found them. I just left mine there.

I think you would have the top k bracing but that's it.
The strut bar is performance package or California special.

Underneath the car, there is this:

and the easy accessible oil filter, which is bolted on with one nut.

I am not so sure that has anything to do with your wheel selection. Here is the 20" Foundry wheel packs for a Premium GT from the Ford website;

20" X 9" Foundry Black-Painted Machined Aluminum Wheels

$1,295S4
Add
20-Inch Foundry Black-painted aluminum wheels are optional on Mustang EcoBoost® Premium and GT Premium models. And new for 2017, they now include all-season tires.

The 20" wheel option adds the underhood k brace/ and the items shown above also are part of the 20" package.

What are the foam things that are mentioned?

The 5.0 definitely has some extras that come with the 20" wheels. I've seen the underhood K Brace mentioned in a few other threads and noticed my car had it also which got me curious. Then I thought only the PP comes with the access oil filter Door but when I changed my oil I found this not to be true, the 20" tire package adds that plus that additional brace underneath

If your car came with 20s from the factory it should have the items listed in this thread. If it didn't then you got shafted on some free parts that should have been on your car.

At the side of your fog lights there is an opening, it is basically an air tunnel going to the wheel housing. If you looke at the front of your wheel at the inside of the wheel housing, you will see a small piece of foam covering said hole. I hope that helps, gonna try to find a picture later.
