19x10.5 and 19x11

Because not much clears front and rear brembo breaks on a darkhorse with the offsets, I had a set of 19x10 I couldn't even get the lug nuts on and was practically hitting the shock... I am going cheap as possible since I only need it 3 months out of the year.

If your Mustang is a Mach 1, the PP2 tires and wheels should fit. Here is the question: if the off set is different between the PP2 and the Mach 1 HP, then there might be an issue. However, I don't see Ford making them different.
I don't think the PP2 or Mach 1 HP wheels and tires will fit a standard GT, because the wheel well liners are different.

I think you’re right about PP2 wheels and tires on a non PP2 mustang. I found a thread where a non PP mustang owner put them on his car and the front wheel well is pushed out a little further towards the wheel than a PP2 mustang with magnride suspension. Oh well back to the drawing board lol.

The Mach 1 HP’s come with fender lip guards due to the wheel size/offset. If you can find a set (will need to be modified on a non-Mach car) or something that is similar, you can use the PP2 wheels.

Do the fender lip guards prevent inner well snagging or just help protect rocks from flying up and hitting the paint?

Good question, not really sure if they do anything for the well liners. I’m sure someone that has them will chime in. If it’s just the poke you’re worried about though, the guards will help with rocks and such.

It's my understanding that the attachment points do not line up with fender liner attachment points on non Mach 1 Mustangs.

I have a 2017 Mustang GT with Steeda Comp springs, 19X11 wheels front and back with Bridgstone 285/35x19 tires. No tire interference issues on the front or the back and I autox the car. The wheels have 52mm offset so I run 25mm spacers on front.

Before I went this route I considered the Mach 1 wheels that Ford Performance sells. After doing some calculations on the OE Ford 19x10.5, I determined that the 19x11s would fit even with the slightly lower stance my car has. So I can run a completely square setup so that I can rotate tires and get more life out of them. My wheels are Mach style wheels from Wheel Replicas and are 10lbs lighter than the OEM wheels.

Want to duplicate your setup on my 2022 Mach1 Handling Pack when it gets delivered. The car will see triple-duty use, ie, street, local tracks, road trips to remote track events, perhaps autocross events as well.

I would move the OE 305/R19 and 315/R19 Sport Cup 2's on the lighter aftermarket 19x11/52mm offset wheels, and get higher treadwear tires for street use +wet track days to put on the heavy OE staggered 19x10.5/24mm and 19x11/52mm offset wheels.

I believe the M1 HP comes with basic front camber plates which max out at -2.5*.

I intend on keeping my M1 HP relatively stock for the first couple of track events this season, but will eventually get Steeda dual-rate springs + R/F adjustable sway bars for track and autocross events.

Are front hub replacements mandatory to get 19x11/52mm offsets to fit in the front, or studs replaceable? (newbie mustang owner here)

What's the model name on your OE replicas and are you happy with them?

I did not replace the front hubs on my car, I just replaced the studs. The studs I linked above have the same knurl as the OE studs. Replacing the studs is easy, just knock the stock studs out with a hammer (you don't have to hit them that hard) and pull the long studs through with the installer. I used a cordless impact to do the work. I installed the studs with a little anti seize on the knurl to avoid galling. Before I started, I watch a couple of YouTube videos on the subject. There are a few things to watch out for that were covered in the videos so worth your time.

If you decide to replace the hubs on your car only buy Ford/Motorcraft hubs. I bought a set of Moog hubs and found out that they use a different lug stud knurl. So, after removing the studs (which have to be cut shorter to get them out) the hubs would have to be drilled for the larger knurl on the ARP studs.

The wheels work great. Good looking and balanced real well. I think LMR sells the same wheel so that is an option as well. Wheel Replicas was having a sale that was too hard to pass up when I bought my set.

The Mach1 suspension seems to be pretty good. Stock F Street Mach1's routinely kick my ass in Autox. Sam Strano (http://www.stranoparts.com/) designed a softer rear sway bar for these cars that seems to help plant the rear tires in corner exit. So not really allot to do if you have a Mach1 with all the factory handling parts.
