Definitely would prefer a write up, what lines go where, what if any extra hoses were needed. Anyone seen what the 18 evap looks like, just curious if there cheap and direct plug in for the 18 manifold.

Found the dyno graph easier to read in the comments there:
Correction factor of STD, correction of 0. Used to get high numbers...granted it is compared to the G350IM, I think better to see SAE corrected to 5. Just my .02.

The evap is different. U just run a hose from evap from stock manifold to a port on the 18 manifold . It’s easy to install you guys make it sounds like your installing long tube headers or oil pump gears

As long as the same correction was used for both runs than doesn’t really matter . It still shows the correct differences between the 2

I would just prefer a clean stock look. Adapting hoses is not a problem, neither is wiring. Just like to be informed. Also perfer the stock look when it's all hooked up.

So would you guys say the 18 manifold is worth a try for someone already with a 350 manifold? Are the low/mid gains of the 18 manifold enough to overcome the high end loss to the 350 manifold?

well ordered mine, $272.53 out the door. I'm currently fbo with a gt350 manifold and am pretty happy with it, but if I can get better bottom end, mid range and possible high end power for $273 why not give it a try? If it doesn't work out I'll wait until Ford hikes the price up and sell it a little under that. Win win!

No one has posted results of a ported 18 Mani vs a GT350 manifold yet. Unknown if it will make up for it in the high end. My bet is it breaks even or 1-3hp more when ported vs a gt350 Mani and make a more tq and HP below 7200rpm is a win for a good price it's hard to beat this manifold. Just not alot of people have them yet.

I agree, the fact that the 18 performs this well without being ported and without having a dedicated tune compared to the gt350 manifold was more than enough for me to give it a try with it being this cheap.

Will a GT350 TB bolt right up to the 18 manifold, or is an adapter needed?

I think you'd need an adapter. The 2018+ and 15-17 both use an 80mm throttle body.

I wonder if it's worth upgrading to this throttle body...
