Sorry if this has been posted before, but are there any other brands than Cervinis that have the clean upper and lower grille delete set? For $600+ I feel like it’s pretty taxed and was hoping there were cheaper solutions/dupes before swallowing that $$$ lol

I know there’s the MP Concepts, but I hate the sides missing mesh - looks incomplete. If anyone’s done the MP + like some sort of mesh insert please share some pics and info cause if it saves me $200+ I’d consider the hoops to jump thru

If you sold your car and have a leftover Cervinis grille you’d be down to sell I’d consider buying too I don’t mind used parts to save some bread.

Thanks!

Yes and no, cause it’s missing the honeycomb mesh like the Cervinis has :brokenheart:

Just be aware cervinis grills have several issues. They get wavy and have bumper gaps (poor fitment and lack of quality control) and they are known to actually become unclipped and fall out during highway speed driving. You can find a few threads on here about it. Bur if you only looking to save 200$ then that's easy, customcargrilles.com. they sell prevent mesh that's almost identical.tk cervinis and you have 2 options.

Option 1, $100 cut your oem grille honeycomb off and glue in the custom car grilles mesh (super easy and they have a very good walkthrough video on cutting and glueing it).

Option 2, $412 they will cut a BRAND NEW oem Ford grille glue the mesh in and then send it to you read to install on the car no cutting or gluing needed and still much cheaper than cervinis and 0 quality or fitment issues because it's a OEM ford grille. They even leave the shipping labels on then boxes of Ford shipping the grille to the dealership so you know for a fact it's a genuine Ford item and not some cheap Chinese clone (cervinis is a Chinese knockoff plastic grill hence why there is so many fitment issues).

I personally went with the preassembled grille because my oem grille was scratched and stained from poor handling and shitty waxes from a previous owner (replaced an rtr lighted grille). Definitely don't sleep on these they look fucking awesome excuse my language.

First 2 photos are the old grille (rtr upper and oem lower) rest of them are the new grille (upper and lower) took me very little time to install. About an hour and if say 1/2 that time was spent trying to remove the damn connectors for the stupid rtr grille. Lmk if you want any other angles or photos or anything, I'm here to help!

That does look good. I don't mind the look of the stock grille but its a pain in the ass the clean.

Honestly if it wasn’t for having a matching upper and lower I would’ve def gone that route. Did it on my 16 ecoboost and loved it. Imma say a prayer during install and maybe ceramic coat the grille with holy water so I don’t get the cervinis curse

Looks good!

Not sure what you mean, the custom car grilles is a matching upper and lower since it's oem gt grills. Unless you mean you don't want them to match?

Not any harder to cleaner than the cervinis especially not with the mesh vs honeycomb. Ps if you want to make it even easier you can get it painted slime 18+ or vinyl wrapped. Gloss black grilles imo look fire and vinyl is even easier since wits cheap and less prone to damage than paint and much cheaper to replace if it needs to be. But I'm loving the abs plastic look rn it matches great since it's brand new and not weathered

gonna be hard to explain but basically just talking about having matching “fangs” on top and bottom cause on the 18+ the bottom doesn’t have it from factory like the 15-17

I see what you mean but the plastic edge does match up perfectly with the top fangs. I'm a fan of it especially since 18+ have the gloss black grilles
