I have alignment issues on pretty much all the panels on the driverside finally got a spot in the body shop the call me and tell me they fixed it looks perfect drove 2hrs to the dealership look at it and they made it worst said all they can do is call ford and that another one that just arrived was like that too I told home bought a brand new car not a poorly built one so I left called sales manager and after awhile back and fourth dealer crap Iam more than likely getting a new one

Five years ago, my brother bought a new Maserati. He took me for a drive during a rainstorm. It leaked like a sieve! He had brought it back to the dealer...they said that all Maseratis leaked in the rain: "you bought a high end sports car...not a Rolls-Royce". I hope my new convertible is not "a high end sports car".

Shake your exhaust a bit from the mufflers back. To me the sound sounds like it could be a squeaky hanger or something?

ok... i went outside and tried it...today it did not squeal at all.... moreover Temp is nyc today... in 40s...

I tried doing that muffler thing.. i couldn hear anythin...

I left the car at a different dealership yesterday and got it back today.

I was told that the misalignments were normal since their other Mustangs were the same, or worse. I'm not sure if they inspected the engine vibration (still has it), interior rattling (still has it), or any of the other issues. I don't have the official report with me since they're waiting for a weather strip that they ordered (the one that's falling off of the trunk). That's pretty much it.

I'm not sure what to do next...

Update on mY squeal issue:

Day 3 no squeal.... and weather has been good...so i am seeing .. that squeal only pops while startup when moisture content is high

This proves it is some loose bolt at rear end causing shit

Summerville / North Charleston. I bought it in Summerville Ford (Sales dept was awesome). I went in for service there first, but no luck. Left it at Jones Ford this week, but no luck either.

I and a couple of others with 2015's around Seattle at the meetup had the front drivers side (over the headlight fender to hood) misalignment. I notice it more when washing and have to take care to not have a rag snag it. Its almost not visible but you can feel it. Only spot I can see on the car after looking so I'm not too concerned.

Yea I'm not surprised with Summerville Ford. I was less than impressed with there service, however I am surprised with Jones. I've always had good experiences with them. Palmetto is ok but they will tell you the same thing.

I have yet to ask Jones about mine. it's really only the hood. And just because the rest of their fleet has misalignment issues doesn't mean it's normal. with time misalignments will be very minimal so these should be fixed

Summerville Ford kept the car for 4 days, then told me (on the phone) that Ford wasn't going to pay for any of the fixes. They acknowledged in person (when inspected) that my car had problems, but the Report says otherwise ("Normal"/etc).

Jones Ford kept it for a day, and their excuse was that their other Mustangs had the same problems (misalignments, etc), meaning that it was "normal". My jaw dropped... I just took the keys and left.

I'm not sure what to do next. None of the dealers are taking any of my issues seriously. I'll figure it out later tonight.

PS: This is my first Ford vehicle, and it's been a rough ride. :/

Ford and the body shop told me the same thing but I called the sales manager and they gave me a new one and it had the shaker pro for no extra charge
