The seat issue looks like you can pop out that corner yourself. The bumper can probably be realigned by a shop pretty easily that acknowledges the issue. Go to a dealer with a few on the lot and you can tell them its NOT normal.

Call 800.392.FORD when you drop your car off and the representative that answers the phone can tell you who your CSM is for that dealership.

I dropped my 2015 Ecoboost at my dealership 4 days ago. They gave it back to me today without repairing any of the issues because all of them were "normal" according to Ford. I'm going to give it another try at a different dealership tomorrow (wish me luck!).

The car has some really odd engine problems (jolts, kicks, vibration at high speeds), high-pitch Turbo noise, interior/exterior imperfections, interior rattling noises, etc. Any other Ecoboost owners with these similar engine problems?
...
Let me see how I can help boost your luck, Guio. Is your Mustang still at the dealer? Shoot over a PM with your name, best contact number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealer.

Have you shown this to your dealer, alimustafa23? I'm also able to help with concerns; send me a PM with your name, best contact info, current mileage, and servicing dealer.

The door jam striker can be moved in a little bit which may help with your problem. There is not much adjustment available but there is some.

I finally found an issue with my alignment. The leading and oft-discussed hood gap is perfect, but there's some serious unevenness where the lateral edges of the hood meet the quarter panels on both sides. Both in terms of height at the leading edge above the headlights and spacing along the gap.

God and I though it was just mine... Same thing the front bumber is uneven with the quarter panel more on side than the other. I wanted to go back to the dealer but figured that they would just tear the whole car down and mess up even more. Still I did 120 yest which is as Fast as it goes btw thanks ford!!! And no vibrations

Guio, I have a base GT and experience vibrations at higher speeds, as well, but have the same fear of taking it in. I took it in a few weeks ago because I can hear wind when I drive ~30mph or higher from the drivers window. I know there has to be a misalignment somewhere, but it's probably so small, I can't see it or I haven't looked close enough. Ford INSISTS that after having my car for TWO DAYS the sound is normal. (It is not, this is not the first car I have ever driven, really).

Funny, I have seen a few posts here where we have taken our cars in and the response is, "this is normal." Why?! Why does Ford not want to deal with our issues?

I am going to drive it for about another 200-500 miles to see how / if the vibrations fluctuate before I take it to a different dealer. Good luck with your car!!

yea mine is the same, I'm going to take mine into a different dealer to see if they can work it. Original dealer started going on about how you will find a vehicle anywhere in his lot that has some misalignment's and even ferrari's have them. Lame excuse really. I have seen plenty with good alignments and that should be the standard. Maybe there was a bad batch of hoods?

He's full of shit. I've never even thought of paying so much attention to panel gaps until I saw the topic brought up on these forums. It's really unforgivable. My past cars have never had a single alignment issue.
