12000 miles!

bought my 2016 mustang gt (automatic) brand new and im already having transmission issues...it bucks, it runs high at times, sometimes it seems like its out of gear (or takes too long to find it), it feels like it slips, and then it feels like it catches...took it into ford, they ran the diagnostic on it and everything seemed fine. seems like its getting worse. anyone have any ideas?

also, my headlights bounce quite a bit on the freeway at night, i know its not the same but if you have an suggestions, im all ears

Almost sounds like it's low on fluid. Did they check the fluid level when they tested it?
