12,000 miles with a ProCharger P1X

12,000 miles on my 2018 GT with ProCharger P1X. The only issue I have had is about 7K miles the bolts on the tensioner backed off about 1/4 turn. Torqued them to spec no issues to date.

Supercharger belt (the one that come with the unit) looks like new. With a 4.63" pulley mine comes on around 4500 rpm and it still breaks the tires loose (305 Nitto 555R2's) at anything below 50 mph when the boost hits.

Love the simplicity of the system and in normal driving, it runs like a healthy Gen3, 5.0. Mine is Wengerd tuned on 93 and it's a street beast.

Just wanted potential buyers to know this FI system is still a great option, and Made in the USA to boot!

Same system and I’m 350 miles shy of 12k… kit was installed at 600 miles…had my tensioner allen bolts loosen also…created a rattle in the car that was driving me nuts until I found it….

12k on a p1x, 9k on pump 7psi 4.75 pulley, moved to e85 for the last 3k miles and went to 4.25 pulley, around 12psi some blowby was noted around this time. Went to a 3.75 pulley, 16psi and would almost immediately see smoke during every pull. Compression/leakdown showed cylinder 7 wouldn pressurize the crankcase. Going to be pulling the motor soon to see the actual carnage. Runs and drives fine but smokes under boost, alot. It's parked untill my Rpg stg 2 motor gets here

😄 I’m close to 30k mi on my HO P1X varying between 12-15 psi. Still running strong but I think it’s due for a refresh soon.
