10R80 transmission fluid change intervals

After some strenuous googling and trying to figure this out I am turning to yall for some concrete answers.

1. What is the transmission fluid change interval on a 10R80?
2. Do I need to drop my exhaust to do the transmission fluid change?
3. Does anyone have a precise link for instructions on how to do the transmission fluid change on a 18' GT 10R80?

My 2015 MT82 was cake to change the fluid, sort of missing the manual life at the moment.​

I believe the trans fluid change interval should be in Owner's Manual, but that really depends on how the car is used (daily, severe duty, track only, or both track/daily, etc).
