$100 for a Jack ?

When I bought the Automotive Authority spare tire I didn't buy the full kit because I figured $100 for a jack and lug wrench was a bit steep. Then I found that even online Ford wants $100+ for their scissors jack.

Does anyone have a jack they recommend and does it fit under the spare tire?
Then I saw that Ford wants $100+ for the piece of foam that the tire pump fits in!
