Mine isn't a daily driver, but I want to get a little more long-lasting tire. What brand & size did you buy?
MPS4's. Hot or cold, wet or dry, city or highway, even carving a few corners: love them.

You're not on the original set of cup 2's are you?
I just replaced my originals a couple weeks ago. no track time on them and some tread remaining (at ~7k miles) but they were just out of grip.

My bolsters are noticably wearing. Only 8,500 miles. I plan on swapping out the d-side with p-side lower cushion. Done that in many cars to "share the wear". I'm very careful to NOT put weight on the side of the seat during ingress and egress. It's OK...it's just a car.

No issues with my seat. But I always set the seat full aft for entry and exit. Not because of concerns of seat damage but much easier to get in and out IMO

I went with a set of the Continental Extreme Contact Sports. 305 front and 325 back. So far, they have been great. Tramlining is gone, handling is on point, and rocks being flung by the tires is noticeably reduced. Also, not worried about getting caught in a downpour.
