  1. Wookie8? Hope your car is alright

Based on the oil being on the driver side fender, maybe blown out spin-on filter? Oil filter blows out....oil blows out on the wheel and then spun up on the fender of the car.
  2. Joe Gibbs DRIVEN FR50 5W-50 Synthetic Racing Oil

I believe Driven is using ExxonMobil's M-PAO. Great base oil, but no clue on who they are using to develop their add packs.
  3. GT350 Clutch Pedal Vibration

C6....I made it a practice of changing out the clutch fluid on mine during every oil change. Would turn black again a very short time after replacement.
  4. My GT350R will likely be my last Ford car.

I love my car....it delivers on the performance front all day long. But have to agree with many others, Ford needs to step up their overall quality game regarding fit and finish. I have owned too many cars to list on here, but can honestly say that Ford is behind the pack in regards to quality...

  6. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Wow....how did you even make it through the video??? Tracking a car low on oil means you have no business tracking a car.

    Thank you!
  8. What did you do to your GT350 today?

This is how I currently drain the separator. I was thinking of adding this so I can drain without even having to pop the top off each time.
  9. How to fix your bumper gap (easy way)

I may try this. If over time the plastic tears, I would imagine you would be no worse off than from where you started since the tear would hidden.

  12. Rear bumper TSB disaster

I just picked up a 2018 Wrangler Rubicon (the new JL) for a daily. I am amazed at the quality of fit and finish. Even the paint (black) is impressive. Also, the latest UConnect system is top shelf. I love my GT350R for it's driving dynamics, but I strongly feel that Ford needs to step up their...
  13. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Copy that.....This has always been my SOP for all of my cars and bikes.
  14. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Perhaps the key to the Voodoo is drive it like you are trying to break it, and it will return many miles of satisfaction. Drive it gentle, and it will self destruct. That being said, I plan to beat the snot out of mine this weekend.....
  15. Which Oil Separator

I have the Ford Performance one, and it is definitely collecting the nasty stuff.
  16. Replaced Voodoo Engine

I do miss it sometimes. The GT350R is more fun to drive, but believe it or not, the Camaro was bolted together much better. Cheap interior, but it did not buzz or rattle after 15K very hard miles on a track only focused suspension.
  17. Replaced Voodoo Engine

Ha! I too came from a LS7 (Z/28) to the Voodoo. Oh well.....
  18. Neighbors, coworkers, family after buying a new car...

I hear it all the time......I go through cars and motorcycles like some people go through tissue paper. Had a relatively new neighbor walk up one day and make a comment about my GT350R with dealer tags....."another new car????.....you must take a beating on financing so much stuff....." My...
  19. Found an R for $5K over

I tried to buy this car a couple of months ago. At that time, it was MSRP + 20K.
