Actually did this in December. Holding up great.I think ur better off using engine enamel spray on anything under the hood. its just as cheap but is made to withstand the heat. Let us know how it holds up. i plastipped my coolant tank too. I couldnt see myself paying 175 bucks for an aftermarket one.
you mean other than turning the ugly ass chrome logos on the car black so it gets ride of the chrome left over for last 50 years on the car?The ONLY good use of that crap I've seen yet! Nice.

for the love of god it's not spray paint for the 400th timeEven if I didn't like chrome (I do, old school), I would do something better than a 2$ can of spray paint on my brand new 40k+ car.
I happen to think that you're newfangled look of primer and missing body panels and ricer melon launching fart cans and wheels that look like someone milled a Dayton out of a block of aluminum are ugly as hell. Oh snap! I guess everyone has their favorite style. Rustoleum sprayed all over my car just isn't mine.
I know right?! LOLfor the love of god it's not spray paint for the 400th time
Its not spray paint first of all, and why spend $$ when you can get the same look for $7. if you dont like it it peels off. Alot of people use it to protect the paint for long trips or rims during the winter. I see plasti dip on lambos gtrs ferraris etc. I think it looks nice.Even if I didn't like chrome (I do, old school), I would do something better than a 2$ can of spray paint on my brand new 40k+ car.
