02 sensor failure help

Finally trying to finish up the tune on this car and the 02 sensor that I just replaced on the passenger side failed. Then the driverside o2 I replaced today stop working. I only replace the driverside 02's because I replaced the other passenger side. Could it be the 02 sensor extension's? Car has American racing longtubes vortech blower.

i believe the dealer shows different part numbers , idk if due to different lengths of wire or if the harness/wiring is different. Got the right parts?
OEM or aftermarket? checking output with a scanner, Or just its throwing the code? what are your stft readings?(just wandering if they are way out of wack maybe indicating a intake leak , no other codes ? thats about all i got , E85? or 93?

93 gas. Lund tuning it. Had it on the dyno. It started to break up. Lund said something is up on bank1. not showing any knock but it looses fuel trim and AFR. Then we replaced bank 1 02 sensor out of another car then bank 2 isnt reading AFR after we did a pull to 7500. Lund said spark wise all looks good just don't have fuel trims and it went pretty rich on bank1 that last pull which skewed load and made teh final spark a little lower.

did vortech have its own tune before all of this? or its just lund tune only? wandering if you can go back to that tune and see if the same thing is going on., spark plug gap right? injectors came with the vortech setup?
Idk im just throwing stuff out there!Install the tune all over again , all new install? ran right before or this its maiden voyage?

Yeah. It looks like there was a bad o2 extension wire that was a little bent. Looks like u could see a little bit of wire coming through the cover. Maybe it was touching something and shorted out my o2 sensor. Replaced the extension and ordered a new o2 sensor
