What will happen to the left over 2015's with the 0% deal then? I'm tempted to go check one out fairly close by today that is about 5.5k off. But still a little pricey as it is loaded and I've seen them for as much as 8k off, although those are a long drive away. I just don't want to spring on 15 now if the 16's will have the same deal soon and/or better deals on the 15's, but then again the color I'm leaning towards (gaurd) may be gone by then...

I think you might get a better price on the 2016 at the end of the year. At a dealer near me there is a 14 GT Premium listed for $39k... :headbonk:

They did 0% for 72 months around labor day last year. It lasted for a month if I remember correctly.

I don't know if I can hold out until labor day. I wonder if all dealers will pull the same tricks the last dealer tried...they said you couldn't get the "sales price" with the special financing.

Last year I believe you could get Zero percent financing and a 1,000 reabte from Ford.
This has nothing to do with a "Dealer Sales Price"
Ford rebates and dealer discount are two different things.

What I meant was one dealer was asking 38.4 and gave me an internet price of 37k, but when I got there and mentioned the 0% financing, they upped the price back up to what they were asking. They ended up lowering it again because I found a tear in the seat, but I was turned off on it by then.

I traded my 14 GT about a month ago for a 15 with 0% and 8K off. Got exactly what I wanted, and there's really nothing I would have wanted that is different between the 15, 16, and even 17s. Great deal in my opinion!

The 14 was 3 months old used when I got it so I didn't take any sort of hit on it when I traded it, so all was well there.

I'm thinking of doing almost the same exact thing easygreen. I'm eyeing a 15 auto premium completely loaded and 9k off and trading my 14 base gt which I should break even. Only thing is its ruby red and I thought I really wanted guard or race red. I can't seem to find a similar deal on those, but ruby is one of my favs too. The only options it has I'm not sure of is it doesn't have the 19's (although I do like the foundrys too) and it has recaro seats, which look good and will help resale if I ever trade it in, but not sure if I would have ended up liking the reg. leather seats better with the heat/cool option or not. I'm also hesitant that it has the MFT and not sync3 (which I hear is better), but all I really want is a decent nav and since I've never had it, may not know what I'm missing with the newer system. Its a really long drive to check it out too and was going to go this week, but still wonder if they will offer 0% on the 16's in a couple weeks when the current incentives expire?

I'm sure you'll get a good deal on the '16s (probably even 0%) once the '17s come out, but you're definitely not getting the 9K off until this time next year or so. Sounds like a little more of a tough decision, though, since I didn't have the color or options issues. Was shocked to even see a guard on the lot, especially one configured exactly like I'd have ordered it, so the model year and options weren't an issue for me. Either way, going to a S550 GT Premium from a S197 GT Base is a HUGE upgrade... you can't go wrong with whichever you choose!

I finally decided it might be worth the drive but too late as it looks like its gone. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

So I decided to look up that silver 15 prem auto with almost the same options as the red one that I called about a month ago. Not my first pick in color, but I thought wth, it isn't a bad looking car and is loaded so I was going to drive out, but thought I better call first. Glad I did. The Orig. MSRP was around 43k and they have it marked down to about 38k, but I was sure they would be willing to deal since they were asking about the same for another car and said they would take around 35k (about my max) for it before they sold it, but no! They said since it had all those options, thats the lowest they could go. Then they keep calling and leaving messages trying to get me into an ecoboost or base gt. I don't know what they are thinking? I mean they already got some 2017's on there lot and that car is still sitting there taking up space and probably will until they drop the price some more. I'm not willing to settle or give up yet. I know there are prem. auto's out there in the 33-35k range, because there was at least 3 that I should have jumped on, but thought about it too long and there are a couple more I can think of, but not exactly what I want and way too far away. Just hope they offer 0% on the 16's soon as its getting hard to find many 15's with the options I want.

0% for 60 months is finally here! Was hoping for 72 months, but can't complain.
