I installed my tune last night (Cobb AP 93) and honestly can not feel a difference. I am pretty let down right now by it. I made sure that it was set in slot 1.
I agree with you here I just tried the Cobb ots tune just to see how it was and it was a big disappointment although I did not let the oar go to 1 so not sure if that makes a difference.

If I had Adam tweak it now? How much would another tune cost when I get more mods?

Adams tuning cost $250 and you are covered for another tune with every mod you get. So one time only fee.

I'll double check the OAR when I get home and see what it's at. If I still dint notice a difference I might have him tune it more aggressively.

I definitely second the fact that the Cobb OTS tune is pretty much nothing, I've been also been thinking about MAPs etune but I am bone stock and don't know if it would be that much different from cobbs tune. I do plan on modding more in the future but I like to have a tune before buying bolt ons so I can adjust as soon as u get them.

Adams tune is much better then cobbs ots tune. I have it and I am stock other then a drop in air filter.

You noticed a huge difference between them?

Well I never let the oar get to 1 so I don't know if that makes a difference with the Cobb ots tune. But I've heard others report that Adams tune is much better then the cobb tune. Remember the cobb ots tune is free so you can't expect to much from it. Anyway there are quite a few tuners on here who's tuning will really wake the car up.

The OAR was -0.46 and after diving it around and several little pulls I finally got it to -1.00. The car is bone stock auto PP with OTS cobb tune and the best 0-60 I got tonight was 6.0. It's a nice cool night around 64°. Disappointing seeing most others getting low 5s.

Now this post made me rather happy because I was genuinely starting to think I was the only one with this issue and something was wrong with my car haha. I've experimented with it today and I am definitely faster on the highway than the stock tune but I understand how you feel because I can only get about a 5.9.
I really think it has to do with the gearing that my car has because I always have to shift into 3rd for 60 and that's nearly half a second.

You have an auto... why are you shifting anything?

In these cars you only put it in Sport mod and go... don't paddle shift or anything else.

I use Unleashed for my tune.... but I heard map tune is good.

I tried the "free" tune on my X4 and it sucked big time. It was so darn terrible... if you two have something like that, I feel sorry for you. Even more sorry if you purchased it.

That's exactly what I am doing! I've tried every configuration possible and it seems to shift right before I get to 60 mph and then I am stuck with 0-60s in the 5.8-6 range.

Put the shifter in sport and the toggle switch or both? I had it in sport plus and the shifter in sport and let it shift itself

I did the same thing too lol. I flashed the OTS tune from Cobb and I noticed no difference and then let QAR reach -. It was then I could tell the difference for sure. I don't plan to get it dyno tuned until I go with a catless downpipe and all them other goodies. I'm sure there's still room for improvement with a dyno tune as they have to play it safe with the OTS tune because that will be in cars all across the us, meaning different altitudes and climates.
