Did 5.7s this morning. Put it in S and brake boosted to 2k.

Will try again later, I'm thinking I can do better.

I get the concept of break boosting in automatic. With manual I assumed you do it using the hand break???

No need. Just use launch control.

Tried a couple more times yesterday and got a couple good launches in. But after a good clean 1st to 2nd gear upshift the car felt like it was pulling timing for a second and then went back to full boost. All nannies were off.

At first I thought I had blown a charge pipe but everything is still on and the car pulls hard in every other instance.

Is this the ECUs torque management/clutch protect issue that I have been reading about? Car is bone stock on 93.

Sucks because it felt like I was going to beat my 5.9s

I don't know that 5.9 is terribly far off from what's expected, am I wrong?

Should've clarified. That 5.9 was without experiencing any issues. The bog after the one to two upshift was getting me in the 6.9 7.2 range

Got two back to back 5.5s last night with a decent amount of wheel spin. Car is a fully loaded auto with the mods in my sig. My IATs were almost at 90 degrees so not sure how much that is hurting my time

Just did a 5.1 on a non PP Auto, with a filter and a tune from Adam at MAP! Stock tires, 60 degrees outside, traction control off and 36psi in all four tires. I have a video too :headbang:
very nice!:clap2:

I should be able to do 4.9s right?
With that, you should be able to do lower than 4.9, honestly. My best is at 5.0, and I haven't touched the exhaust or intercooler yet. And I have the 3.15 gears. Armchair quarterbacking here, for what it's worth, but my guess is you should be able to do like 4.7 or so.

How accurate is the track apps acceleration timer, with the "automatic start?"
