Thanks.

A real lull before the storm of the 2015 hits. (Hopefully in 2 or 3 months lol)

I'm surprised they sold that many of them at this point. The local dealership has a lot full of them, I dunno what they're gonna do with them. Obviously they'll sell them, but likely at a steeply discounted price as the clock runs out.

I'm frankly surprised the camaro sales are going up with all the current recalls going on. Even if you don't like the mustang or challenger, I would find a different route than a new GM at the moment (which may mean stepping up to a German car or going Japanese).

"Turning Japanese. I think I'm Turning Japanese. I really think so." (Sorry couldn't resist. That statement made me think of that song. :D)

There's still a lot of Mustang lovers out there that prefer the 14 style over 15. And the big discount along with the $3500 rebate is exactly what they waited for to pull the trigger right before 15's come out.

And there are probably plenty of average people oblivious that a new Mustang is coming out in a few months. Or some know but incentives on the S197 are too good to pass up.

Challenger is having a dip as well with the revisions for 2015.

Camaro sells well because it has been missing in action for 7 years or so prior to 2010. Lots of camaro fanboys.

Don't you think it's a little late in the game to keep using that as an excuse?

My problem with the current Camaro is it looks more exotic than it really is. It stands out on the street but it's power-weight performance doesn't cut it. The only way to do it right with a Camaro is to buy a zl1 or supercharge a SS. With a standard v6 or v8 it's just a sheep in wolf skin.

I think the new Mustang will get a facelift sooner than later. They just need to tweak the hood and front to make it look less corporate/samey.
