Line lock easy as 123

Seariously this is so easy you wont beleive me !!
All you have to do is convince the dealer to hook it up to ids and turn it on !! No joke ! All abs modules , bcm and dash clusters are the same its all in the configuration . I know this because ive seen it done, my own car was a base eco. Now with the coyote swap we reprogrammed the abs and turned it on , im running the base module and abs pump from the eco !!

Tip:
when the dealer programms it , it will appear grey in text color and wont let you select it right away until the ABS does a drive cycle "100 feet" then it will light up blue . Then you can select it per ford instructions in the manual or how to video online !

That's good news! Friday I have drop off my car again for my transmission issues. I talked about it with the tech and he said he'll take a look at it! Hopefully I can get it as well! If I'm able to get it then I'll make a backup of my as-built settings via ForScan and post it ASAP!

Another tip :
If for some reason it wont configure you're tech will have to unplug the abs module and start over from the befinning with it unplugged so it sees that its missing and reprogram as a "new module" then it will configure with line lock

One quick question... Did he need a VIN # from a GT or was he able to program it manually and with your VIN #?

Is this something we would have to go to the dealer for. I'm assuming it cannot be done via AP?
