For those of you looking for the best price on the Ford OEM Brake Pads for GT Perf.Pack Mustangs (BRF-1462) Brembo, look no further than Rock Auto - $181.79 versus $315.00 at most Ford Dealerships.

Me personally will not go back to OEM brake pads. I have yet to look but Hawk pads HPS Plus is what I will be going with if they are available. Thanks for the heads up.

I was chatting with Mike from Autonation about this when I was looking to upgrade to the PP Kit. He said that there was 2 part#'s listed and he wasn't sure which one was correct. If you look up the FRPP Brake Kit (m-2300-v) which is the OEM PP Kit, it states FR3Z-2001-A as the pads that come with the kit.
I believe the 2001-C was ~$210 and the 2001-A was ~$75.

The best way to verify the correct part # is to input your VIN. I did this on the FordParts.com site for my 2015 Mustang with Perf. Pack and this is the front brake pad part # it came back with (BRF1462).

Well, I hope when I receive my FR PP Kit it comes with the right pads. Hopefully it's an error on the FRPP website, which states part# fr3z-2001-a as the pads included.:confused:
I may try and chat with them tomorrow and see what I can get for an answer/explanation.

Got clarification on this from FRP.
Part# fr3z-2001-c is PP GT
Part# fr3z-2001-a is Base GT/ Eco PP.

Would you know the part # for the rear PP GT Pads?
It is the same for the regular GT(Don't have the part number off hand).

I tried to order the Posi Quiet ones through Steeda again but they can't get any info from the manufacturer on when they'll be available.....

May end up having to get the Hawk HPS, seems to be the next least expensive.

I just ordered Power Stop carbon ceramic pads from Rock Auto for $109 for all 4 sets.

A few members on here are running them & have said great things about them, I will find out soon enough..LOL

I did the same but only the front pads which came out to about $50 shipped. They perform at least as well as the stock pads but gone are the insane amount of dust and noise from the stock pads. Hard to believe anyone would pay almost $200 for stock pads when these are available.
