Just curious, see you are selling your Roush vents as well. Did you go back to the OE hood vents & just yank the turn signals, leaving them open @ the top ?

Correct.

I prefer the Roush vents. But I would have to paint mine, because I would not like the look of the black vents on my yellow car. Plus my stock vents are fully covered with Xpel. Xpel does not have the Roush 4-vent pattern ready yet, and it would cost me another $100 just for the clear film, and the guy would have to wing it for the cuts. So I decided to hold off until at least next year.

Anyone know what the install of these is like on a '15?

The vents themselves are likely an easy swap, but what about the wiring to make it work? Can a 5yr old do it? lol

I am not pulling the wire harness until these sell. Short of that, I can speculate that the fender skirt can be pulled back to gain easier access to the headlamp. Then just install a bite-splice connector into your 2015 harness to allow the 2016 connector to be used. The harness routes under the top of the fender and has pop-in clips along the way.

Not too bad. The 5yr old may come in handy for reaching in behind the headlamps.

There is some place selling an aftermarket blinker retrofit kit, someone posted it just a while back. If you search I'm sure you can find it. Then you just need to look @ their install instructions to see where/how they tap in to the signal indicators.

Maybe this link of my install will help you sell your blinkers? It should answer some questions for interested people.

My only question is can your blinkers themselves be added to a 2015 non blinker heat extractor?

I don't have a 2015 car (or vent) side-by-side with my 2016, so I can't answer for certain. However, my kit includes the plastic grille, and that is what is needed for the blinkers to snap into. I suspect this plastic grille is interchangeable, and then there should be no problem.
