They kinda lost me with their "detailing a key fob" video.

That key fob video is ridiculous even more than there "John Cena" video. I refuse to buy from chemical guys because they don't care about the people, they just care about the money IMO. It seems as if the have a product for everything. "Gotta hemroid on your ass? Well today I'm gonna use chemical guys hemroid and stretch mark remover, first we're gonna start with a clay bar" this is just my opinion...

I hate having to buy stuff from them for the same reasons but they have some good products.

Yeh I don't really buy their stuff. Not saying it's good or bad, I don't know personally. My guess is middle of the road; most of the stuff being a bit better than consumer grade stuff you buy in Wallymart. Some of their stuff seems to be highly reviewed like V07.

But it's just a little bit too gimmicky to me. Why do you need 10 paste wax versions, 10 spray waxes, 12 detail sprays etc.? It's just really gimmicky to me and their demeanor in their videos just seems really geared to the teenage crowd (trying to be "cool" and "hip")- not very professional acting.

What I mean is compare CG to Ammo videos. Larry is SUPER professional and knowledgeable and loves what he does. Just has a passion for it and you can feel that vibe that you trust what he says and is super professional about doing videos and how he acts.

My theory is if you have a good product it sells itself (like Meguiars and such)

I now have all chemical guys stuff. It's the only thing that will go on my car from now on from just trying different products. But yeah, they can keep this wax, lol.

of course they care about money, they are a business... that being said with their 30% off sales where 16oz bottles cost less than $8 and gallons are $18-40 depending on which product you can't really beat that...

key fob thing is funny though. if iwe all had a car that cost that much we'd probably all do it. cmon yall lol

Love me some CG Stripper Scent!

Their White Light Radiant Hybrid Finish is nice, along with the Butter Wet Wax and V07.

The Oxford White is blinding in sunlight.

And I'm sure there are a lot of people with a garage full of cars who will blow $1,500 on this bullshit.

Just curious. When is their stuff NOT 30% off? I don't go to the site regularly, so I am wondering....Is this just their "gimmick"? You know. One of those sites where it always has a sale on, so you know it really isn't a sale at all.
