This is the Borla system with the resonator not the Ford Racing system

Received the shipment with no issues or damage.

I watched a bunch of the videos online on how to install. I was able to install by myself in about 1.5 hours not including jacking up and lowering the car.

The kit went together very easily - two thumbs up for fitment.

The exhaust is louder than I thought, but not by much. It is louder than the videos - including mine.

Great sound though - very deep and not much rasp.

The only thing that bothers me is the cabin noise. It is a little bit louder in the car than I would want. I think I am being a bit unreasonable here, but it is true. I will likely see how it breaks in and I get used to it. May do some Dynamat in the trunk. I know it add weight, but I am OK with that

The video I made includes cold start in my garage, a few revs outside, in car windows up, in car windows down and the drone test. Hope this is helpful

I will embed the video if someone shows me how....

Sounds great! I've been considering that exhaust as well. Is that the actual Borla branded one with the resonator or the Ford Racing branded one? Did you pick-up any drone?

This is the Borla with the resonator not the Ford Racing - I updated my OP to clarify.

Some exhaust noise in the cabin, but not much drone at all.

I have this exhaust and came from the FFRP sport with x pipe. Trust me, there is simply no other exhaust out there that's going to keep the cabin sound down more than this exhaust. Nobody else uses a mid muffler. My FFRP Sport was a LOT louder than this. I would rate the sound 1/2 way between stock and FFRP Sport

Cabin noise hmmm! I currently have the Roush axle backs and they are loud on the outside but inside the cabin is pretty quiet. I kinda want to switch to Borla Touring but i don't want anything louder than Roush axle backs.

It is so subjective. My wife said she would not have noticed that I changed exhaust if I did not tell her.

I think something is wrong with me to be honest.

Awesome! My decision process is done! This is the one I am going with, as soon as my car gets delivered. Thanks for sharing!

Interesting video, I just installed the Borla S Type axleback only, having to put the Ford OEM resonator back on because Borla S + MRT H-Pipe was too loud for me.

Some people think the axle backs sold with the touring kit are not Borla S type but the parts lists for 140589 from Borla say they are. Can you check your parts list and confirm? (In other words I don't think they make a separate axle back for 2015 GT labeled 'touring'. They make the S Type and the Attak. For the Touring kit they are selling Borla S type but touring kit comes with resonator to tone them down.)

Listening to your video I am coming to the conclusion that the Borla resonator might muffle the sound a bit more than the Ford OEM resonator, surprisingly. And I think the Ford OEM resonator gives the S Type axle backs a more raspy sound. At the beginning of your video when you do some rev's I barely hear any raspy tones nor hear gurgling type sounds as it throttles down, but on mine the Borla S with Ford resonator does have a bit more of this.

Quick update - I removed the shifter mount bushing and trans mount bushing and the cabin noise is right where it should be.

I am very happy with the setup now.
