Question for those in the States, or the UK for that matter.

I am looking to order a few after market parts for my Mustang and fancy using CJ Pony Parts as they have all the bits I want, rather than going to different suppliers for different parts.

However, I have always been nervous about ordering parts from abroad as it is difficult if things don't turn up or come damaged. I cant exactly drive there and knock on the door and demand my bits!

Just wondering if people can put my mind at rest and assure me this is a good outfit and I don't need to be concerned?

Cheers

Funnily enough I was just looking at their website just now.

I am hoping that the UK tuning and mod scene for the Mustang will take off here thus allowing us easy access to parts without the crippling postage and import taxes.

Mind you Mustangs are ten a penny over in the US whilst they are still gonna be a rare breed here.

I fancy the plain black back panel as the faux gas cap looks pony :D to me.

I can't speak to ordering from abroad, but I have also had nothing but positive experiences with them as well. My orders have always been processed and shipped quickly, and all of them had a tracking number associated with them.

Stevec like you and a few others, I am also looking to get a few parts shipped over at some point, especially the Ford Racing Borla Sports exhaust. Before I do, I will be speaking with Bill Shephard who is a Mustang enthusiast and importer, to see if he knows good ways of shipping parts over.

I have always had good luck with CJPP -- They are good with communication and the only fault is when *I* don't read and order something on backorder

They have answered any questions I have really quickly and I have not had to return anything I've ordered. You can always PM steve@cjpp here on the forum if you have questions.

I believe you are good.

Cheers!

I ordered a plain tail light panel and a Pony Pack (tribar plus pony) emblem last week (I think we are thinking alike) , arrived in 8 days, well packed no hassle. I'll be getting more from them like a Ford Racing strut brace etc. P&P is obviously an issue but I thought there were good options. I chose a mid priced shipping option, tracked all the way.

I'll post pics when I can. Just need a car to put it on!

I've ordered many parts for our 95 and 03 GT's from CJ's and never had any issues. In fact, my wife ordered something for me as a gift and they set up a separate account for her. When I called them up, their customer service was great! They combined the accounts together so that all the reward points were under one account. They were really helpful when I ordered new leather seat upholstery and foam cushions for my 95. Had a big issue with the stitching on one of the seats and a stain on the white leather. They worked directly with the vendor to get everything straightened out for me.

cjpp is half the reason why everyone diy's on these cars... it's worth subscribing to their youtube channel. their show should be on the velocity channel, it's that good with production quality. it reminds me of some of those truck/classic car workshop shows in the 90s/2000s on tnn/spike and just as good as all girls garage.

Steve,

If you have any questions about ordering from us let me know. We ship internationally and do it a lot. We have a large customer base across the pond so no worries there.
