Ecoboost burning oil. White smoke!!!

Ford contacted me and the car is in the dealer getting checked out. I just received a call and they told me it might be something wrong with the turbo or some vacuums because the car is indeed burning a lot of oil. Honestly I'm mad and disappointed. I worked hard to be able to buy this car which is my first new car and so far it's been a headache. I will keep you guys updated on what happens. Hopefully by tomorrow I should have an answer.

P.S Ford please get it right!!!

So tomorrow they will take apart the turbo. However they did tell me that the car is in fact burning oil.

Btw sucks to be without a car specially one that cost me 34K!!!

I know how you feel.. I took my car in yesterday because of a check engine light. It sucks not being able to use the car you paid so much money for! If I were you, I would look into buying the extended warranty. That's what I did! I got the extra coverage for a rental too... at least they gave me a loner car.

I never imagined buying a brand new car that it would have problems from the get go!

Ok guys so I have news regarding my situation... It seems the turbo is blown!!! Don't ask me how that happen because I have no idea but ford is gonna replace the turbo and manifold. Bad thing is it takes a week to get it done... They are trying to get me a rental. We'll see what happens.
