A few more mods completed today on the GT

Finished the Roush quad valance and my cat back with 4 x 90mm satin black trims

Next was the Roush intake, Other than the sound tube being a nightname to get it it fits really well and does sound much better, not sure it will give any performance gains in the real world but looks the part

Then a set of carbon dipped rocker covers

Next was a set of the redline tuning hood struts, there is a difference on the drivers side side hinge that requires the main hole in the bracket extending and the cutting template is for left hand drive cars but otherwise works well

Also did the plain deck lid with black pony badge (as posted in the other thread), not impressed with Cjpony's packing resulting in the desk lid and the pony badge both getting damaged in transit (badge was meant for the front grill) but pleased with the outcome

The car is now at the vinyl shop for the Le Mans strip kit and rear tints to be done, then KW suspension tomorrow

Nearly did mine today, but rained off. Just as well, as I'd be fuming when I found that they didn't fit!

Do you mean that you had to drill a bigger hole into the bracket to get the bolt through?

Mods look great by the way.

For now yes with the insert inplace but will be getting a tune in the new year

Loving the Roush rear valance and quad pipes!

One thing that grates on me with the new car are the colour coded diffusers. Prime to be carbonised IMHO.

Rear end looks much better with your mods - nice one! :thumbsup:

Thanks all for the feedback, the only thing I wish I had changed on the spec of the car now is the chrome window trim, but otherwise I am loving how it's all coming together, just looking forward to getting the wheels on the car now
