I already did all of your suggestions. Part was premium bumper rear valence.

I chose ANWBL as My Dealer on the FordParts.com site. --> Not shippable
Then I called/emailed. --> Was quoted $109 ship cost. :(

Also, keep in mind, the rear valance is a large piece. It may not look like it, but it requires a very large box to ship due to the curvature of the piece. I looked into shipping/selling my old premium valance after swapping to 350 valance, and it just wasn't feasible. Shipping companies nowadays basically use dimensional weight, so even if it's large and bulky (but light), it'll still be expensive.

Yeah, I know. I will order it locally, no discount. :(

Contact Benny at LevittownFordParts. When I ordered mine it was less than $40 shipping and there was a discount for 6G forum members. Granted I did mine 6 months ago and things may have changed since but it's worth asking.

If I install this on my PP ecoboost, I will need a new belly pan?
Does the belly pan need to be modified?
I read somewhere that the brake cooling vents are an issue and the belly pan needs to be cut...

Not on the Ecoboost PP. To my knowledge it run the same splitter and belly pan as the GT non-PP. Therefore the splitter will bolt up without any changes to the belly pan.
I don't believe the Ecoboost PP has any brake cooling vents though I could be wrong. If it does that might be a great swap for GT non-PP guys.

It looks like all my pics got un-linked somehow. The pictures are on PhotoBucket. I didn't do it, not sure what happened.
The good news is I had everything saved and will repost it.

Today marks exactly 1 year since I have had my new Mustang. Yeah, I picked it up on Mustang day 2015, pretty cool. So as a birthday present I picked up a California Special front splitter from Levittown Ford. Here is a quick write up on the install.
20160417_113933_resized_zpsr82ku56u.jpg

As you can see the GT/CS splitter is wider and more aggressive looking. Since I have a GT Premium and not the Performance Pack I can bolt this splitter directly without changing the belly pan.
I put the front of the car up on jack stands and removed the front wheels for better access. You may not have to but it worked well for me.

20160417_115657_resized_zpsbdiohxh1.webp

I started by removing the 6 7mm screws from the front underside of the original splitter. I then removed the 3 7mm screws on each side of the splitter.

20160417_115947_resized_zpsywopzir9.webp

Next move the wheelwell and remove 3 plastic tabs in the front of the inner wheelwell. Push in the center of each tab then pry the tab out with a screwdriver or a panel removal tool. There is also a 7mm screw in the corner of the splitter here. Remove it.

20160417_121242_resized_zpszsowxe8c.webp

There are 2 additional plastic tabs underneath that hold the fender liner to the belly pan. To remove this type of tab take a pick or other sharp tool and pry the center part up.

20160417_121317_resized_zpsiqgv4tpz.webp

Take a screwdriver or panel tool and pry the center up to loosen the tab. You can pry it all the way out if you want but this isn’t necessary. Then use the tool to pry out the entire tab.
There are also 2 more plastic tabs to remove in order to pull the fender liner out of the way. There is 1 located at the top inside of the fender liner and another holding the liner to the fame. These remove as shown above. Keep these separate! They are a different size and will not interchange. Once removed pull the liner back and tuck it behind the brake rotor to hold it out of the way.
It was at this point I decided to remove the last 2 screws and remove the belly pan. Simply remove the 2 screws in the rear of the pan and slide it back. It will drop free.
20160417_122947_resized_zpssebnz6jz.jpg

With the belly pan out of the way you can see the remaining hardware hold the splitter in place. A 7mm screw on the end, 4 plastic tabs and a final 7mm screw all the way inside. Sorry for the poor photo. Remove these from each side. Don’t worry, the splitter won’t fall off.
After the last tabs and screws are removed, gently push the splitter backward from the center and it will drop free.
20160417_123727_resized_zps2cywfe04.jpg

You can see how much larger the GT/CS splitter is than the original.
20160417_123900_resized_zpsjmv6os2u.jpg

Lift the splitter in place and push it forward to slide the 4 tabs into the matching slots. At this point all the holes should match up. If not gently move each end forward or back until the holes line up. At this point I started the 7mm screws at each end and in the center but left them loose until I had all the tabs and screws started. Installation is now almost the exact reverse of removal.
20160417_130515_resized_zpsmcwtm6vs.jpg

You will see there are 3 types of plastic tab. The larger one is for connecting the plastic pieces together (fender liner to belly pan) and the smaller ones are connecting the splitter to the nose and the plastic fender liner to the frame. They won’t interchange. The last tab is for the front of the fender liner.

All finished. Total time was less than 2 hours.

Has someone confirmed this? in other words, will it be a direct bolt-on (previously removing the stock one) on an Ecoboost PP??

I am between this and California Pony Cars splitter!
Thoughts?

Thank you!

I'm picking up the splitter today, will install tomorrow.
I have a 16 EB PP.
I will confirm or deny this tomorrow, although from all I read it will work.

Ok, IT WORKS!
I just installed the CS splitter on my performance pack ecoboost.
Direct swap, belly pan fits. Took me about an hour with an oil change thrown in while it was in the air.
A panel clip removal tool made the job super easy
I picked the splitter up at Levittown, the box is HUGE. Barely fit with the passenger seat fully forward and tilted. This might explain the shipping, the box is easily 7 feet long.

Haha that box size is exactly the reason why I am only trying to do local pick up for mine I am selling. I really do miss the Cali Special splitter on my bumper. The Roush isn't aggressive enough in my opinion :(

Awesome!!

Ordered it!! (quick question: did you use the standard FedEx Ground shipping (80 bucks)? I am wondering how long will it take to reach FL.)

I live 20 miles from Levittown Ford, so I picked it up.
The box is enormous.
