Both, the car would barely run and eventually throw the car into Limp mode.

Just a quick update since I'm so pumped. We had an unusually warm, sunny, weekend in Michigan so I pulled her out of storage!I installed my new JLT CAI and I'm very happy with it! Big thumbs up.
I bought the CAI directly from JLT with the SCT X4 tuner, so it included JLT's Brent Hughes tune. The hardware and software installation went flawlessly. The tune loaded up the first time without any issues.
JLT's deep impact blue paint job is a great match and works well with my other custom paint work. I'm loving my engine bay with this upgrade!
Due to winter I've only driven about 15 miles since the upgrade, but she ran quick and feels factory smooth. I can't wait to see what the dyno and track have to say in the spring! Limited use, but so far I RECOMMEND it.
I put on over 100 miles of mixed driving and still grinning about how strong, fast and smooth the tune feels. Air intake temps are good at highway speeds, but a bit high at low speed. I can not wait to hit up the local shop's dyno day to compare to last year.
