Several red line shifts on my end with no problems.

Just to be clear are you saying they want $50 delivery fee? If it will help everyone I'll cough up the loot for this. I think my car's clutch is goofy as fuck.I'll call Century Spring tomorrow and talk with them. I wish I knew the lb/in of the stock one.. I know that sucker is pretty though!
I'm going to call around my area to see if there's a shop that can measure my stock spring.. then I'll go on from there and order it!
Basically, they won't take any online orders unless it's at least $50.. If it's just one spring, they won't ship it.. has to be an order of $50 or more.Just to be clear are you saying they want $50 delivery fee? If it will help everyone I'll cough up the loot for this. If I can send 100 bucks and get it fixed without excess play at the top I'll be happy.
Is the softer of the two the better choice or that is spli 50/50.
I don't know the exact size. Is this plug and play?Basically, they won't take any online orders unless it's at least $50.. If it's just one spring, they won't ship it.. has to be an order of $50 or more.
I'm not sure how they will fit since I haven't ordered any yet. GT Pony posted some good spring rates and I would look into that.I don't know the exact size. Is this plug and play?
If it is I'll order right now.
You feel comfortable with the spring rate you recommended?

See the post link after this sentance, and the quotes in this post which has a link to two different springs that should 'plug & play' size wise. The only difference is the spring rates. http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=904337&postcount=715I'm not sure how they will fit since I haven't ordered any yet. Sorry wish I can help more

One is 59 lbs/inch and the other is 20 lbs/inch. If you want more "feel" in the pedal, then the 20 lb/in spring would be better. The 20 lb/in spring can also compress farther before becoming bottomed out, and would easier to reinstall the pedal assist spring assembly.
Personally, I'd go with the 20 lb/in spring:

Since you'd have to order $50 or more, you could get both and try them both to see if one is better than the other. Get as many springs as you can for your order, and sell the remaining ones to recoup some cost maybe.
If you do this, please let us know how it works out! :hail::clap2:
Are we being chewed on :first:Once you guys order your softer springs I have some muffler bearings I'd be willing to sell so your mufflers don't wear out. ;)
20lbs may be placebo but who cares. It can't hurt to try.No spring is the way to go. Felt stiff first day or two since it was so damn light stock. Feels exactly like it should now without a spring. Perfect.
Great ... anxious to see what you think with a soft spring installed. Thanks for doing this! :cheers:Ordered 3 20lbs if it works I'll send both of you one for picking it out.
Only bad news is it may take a bit as I am doing a round of Steeda mods tomorrow so maybe next week.

He'll be eating crow when others want a softer spring that will ensure the pedal stays all the way to the top and still gives basically the same feel of the pedal with no spring. Are we being chewed on :first:
