I'm looking to get the Corsa Extreme system installed on my '16 GT. However, I live in an apartment and don't have the ability to install the exhaust myself. I'm planning to use a local exhaust shop to install my Corsa system. How much would be a reasonable price for the system + installation?

Thanks!

oh relax. you'll be fine in an apartment just lay off the throttle and get it to 2nd or 3rd.

you're in different state obvious but catback installs go for $65 to $100 around here.

I installed it my self. I just bought 2 ramps from Walmart and that's it. A shop quoted me 250 for installation! I paid 1275 with black tips

Install takes maybe 30mins, not that hard to do at all.

You should pay nothing, because paying someone to install your catback is a joke. Please, it takes no time and is very easy to install yourself. Saves money and satisfaction.

Took me about 45 minutes to an hour. If it's possible to do it yourself, that would be highly recommended. But if that can't happen, call around for some prices. I would think $150-$200

I think nobody has addressed the price you pay for the exhaust (since I have it), for polished tips, pay no more than $1200. There's plenty of people who have bought it for under that price and holidays means more savings right now.

to get it installed, you should pay no more than $100. It's a 45 minute job, so 3/4 of the shops hourly rate.

Hope that helps!

Where can I find it for under $1200? One vendor sent me a code that would get it down to $1250.

PM Alex from American Muscle, he will give it to you at that price or under. I emailed a few of the vendors when I was looking to get my exhaust and he beat every price out there, without ever mentioning what my other quotes were.

Just did that! Thanks so much. Looking forward to upgrading from the stock exhaust.

If any shop is trying to quote you over a $100, they're ripping you off.

When I got my catback, I was gonna install using my rhino ramps, but I didn't feel like I had enough clearance. Took it to a muffler shop, and guy quoted me $250 to install it. He even took the car up on the lift, and I showed him exactly what he had to do. Still $250.

Told him no thanks, and he missed out on some easy money. Wasn't like he had other customers waiting.

Ended up buying a jack and jackstands later that day and doing it myself.

Doing it on ramps is technically possible, but you're gonna have a hard time getting to the clamps by the resonator.

Look for maryland speed, when i was shopping for my headers they beat everyone by $200+
Did you get a quote from AM? Because I got a quote from maryland speed and AM beat them by a good margin. If it were a $200 difference from my AM quote, I'd buy them in a heartbeat.
