Very strange conclusion IMO considering that people have already made homemade solutions. Also, there is strong speculation that there are already part numbers in the system and a solution is imminent from FP.

Regardless, there will be a solution. Maybe not an official one, but I'm sure you will be able to find a reputable shop that can do it for you. It just may take a little bit more effort then going through Ford.
I should have said I don't think there will be a fix from Ford or anyone affiliated with them.

I get the frustration. If the latest rumors prove to be false and there isn't a Ford solution by the start of fall then I think you'll be right.

I was told yesterday that a solution will be out early fourth quarter. It comes from up the chain...not sure I trust it though...but it was said...and was said in relation to the issues I've been having...

OK boys and girls, part numbers from FP for trans and diff cooler kit for tech and base cars. M-7008-M8S and M-7095-M8S , respectively. The guy I communicated with at FP via online chat indicated availability within weeks. Possibly 1-3 weeks.
Shelby American ( went to their place in Lost Wages, NV ) said they are working on coolers as well but 3 months away.
OK, this is what I have heard-
A guy I met at GT350 Trackattack on Monday said his dealer in Alberta, CA has pre-ordered both kits for him. HE told me the price for both was $1500 CA which is about $1200 US. I am hoping to have a price from the FP authorized dealer nearest to me in order to confirm.
Until then, this is only secondhand and unconfirmed. Will post prices as soon as I get official word.

My next HPDE is Sept. 10-11 and I NEED a fix by then. Can't hit limo mode again. Just too dangerous.

Oil Coolers have been verified by members on the Base and Tech cars

Ford needs to know how dangerous the situation is on the track running with cars of equal power.
Hitting limp mode in traffic not good.

The price is reasonable. I'm curious which dealer it is, I'm guessing Sherwood Ford as it's the largest SVT dealer in central Alberta. They have Castrol raceway near.

Doubt it would be anyone in Calgary, but I can probably find out.

Luckily the first time it happened to me I was on the main straight by myself. The second time was a little more dangerous as I was 15 minutes in, mid pass, and door to door with a Porsche when all of a sudden my car cut power. I was lucky I was off line. If I would have finished the pass and hit limp mode when getting back on line, it could have easily caused a crash.
