Ford took alot of pride with the GT500s not being subject to the guzzler tax, even highlighted it in their press releases... i doubt they would go backward. I strongly doubt it will have a guzzler tax

MY guess would be if you are signing up for one at MSRP prior to pricing being released prepare for up to 65K but my expectations are inline with the above at 55-60k

Lincoln doesn't have the brand support to sell something like that. They are lucky that brand was killed off but it's being transformed into Acura 2.0 not a German competitor. Engine makes perfect sense where it is in the gt350 but has no business in a Lincoln anytime soon.
