So I've got the wires all figured out. Putting it on a switch that controls the open/closed functio . I won't be able to do any in-between settings though. It's all on now and sounds pretty good open. I think closed it will sound stock (I have the resonator in still). More to come!

We shall see! I really want to be able to open the exhaust at any time really. I dont think it will be fruitless even if it doesn't make a ton of difference in sound with the second pipe closed as I really like the look and I'll be in it for about 600 installed (mufflers, valance, install)

I have some GT 350 mufflers that I am putting on my GT - I figured out the active exhaust wiring if anyone wants to see. I should have some videos of it on the car soon!

Hi- does anyone know if the 350 mufflers from a 17 will sit right on a 17 gt? I have a set and will be bringing down to an exhaust shop to be welded in (already put the valance on) Wanted to see if anyone knows this before I get there and they say it can't be done. Thanks

I think that might depend on how well you can work in the tiny space of the back seat. You would probably have to end up pulling the front seats out so you aren't squished trying to remove it ( I took them out while putting it in). But I do think a complete removal, maybe except the brackets...

I haven't got around to putting mine in yet :( so many mustang projects. I got the 350 mufflers also, so I have to figure out a rig to make them open and close without the stock switch. It doesn't seem like rocket science, just reversing polarities. Good luck with the swap! And I hope the blacks...
