If it's melted in place, where would I find the module? The number on it is BU5T-14B663-AB. Is this something I can do? Or is it something that needs to be programmed?

I did. I even broke the tab off. And still not budging. Not even a little bit

Yes. I pushed it and pulled and nothing. I thought maybe there's something else i gotta press that I'm missing. I even broke the whole tab off (since I'm gonna replace it anyways) and it still isn't sliding out

I cannot for the life of me get this plug out to check to see if the pin for the heated/cooled seats is blown. I'm right at the edge for throwing the whole car away. Somebody please save my sanity and tell me how i can possibly remove this connector

So my battery died 2 days ago. After getting the car started, the sync 3 screen isn't responding to touch. Still plays music and android auto pulls up when phone is connected. Can control it with the steering wheel but it's the touch portion that doesn't work.
