I got ordered 2019 with Costco price which is what you described. Rebates add on top of that, too. I never talked with Costco and the price was shown at the dealer. This is also how the Costco program describes it.

You can check the state with COTUS and if you have the same error message (you don't have a VIN) then it's actually not picked up and the commodities issue is still valid for your case. They can't build manuals with PP anymore and if you had these options then you have to change the order. I...

The Preview Order has Order Code which is Order Number and Sales Code which is Dealer Code as far as I understand. So, I have the numbers, but my order just does not show up on COTUS (yet). I was told that my car got ordered on 3/6 based on the dealer email.

How did you get the VIN? They sent it to you at some point without asking? The dealer told me that they'll send me the VIN once they have it.
