Hi guys, have an intermittent high pitched squeaking noise from the rear, some days it doesn't happen, other days like today its a constant noise driving me nuts!
My mechanic said the following:
Found it..so there’s a metal plate on the bottom of the bags in the rear for mounting purposes and...
Many thanks for your input, I want apologize for taking so long to reply, COVID-19 means a hectic life for those deemed "essential!"
Are you using Airlift 3H or another management system? Recalibrating the system resolved the issue of the front bags going above the target pressure for me. I'm...
Hi all, as a proud new owner of Airlift 3P I'm pretty excited to be driving on air, I just had a few questions.
Firstly here are my wheel & tire specs:
Front 19x10 +35 285/35/19
Rear 19x11.5 +55 295/35/19
Ride height/driving preset:
40psi front
65psi rear
Here are my questions:
1. Is it...
Early impressions are good, I was concerned this tune might get annoying quick if it activated in traffic a lot or something. It's set up to activate between 3-4.8k, and at 3k RPMs it is not that aggressive which is perfect.
When I want to be hear the music I'll shift down to 2nd going 40, and...
Although your wording a little... strong, I'll admit there are some burble tune folks (really popular w/ the BMW scene here) who just keep revving the hell out of their cars at car meets and traffic. It's like taking the annoying rev guy and turning it up to 11 after a while.
Well, I'm catless and already tuned by Ryan, so I went ahead and purchased the burble tune add on. I will report back on how she sounds once the snow here is cleared up.
Just wanted to make a post and share with you guys since these doesn't seem to be discussed much as an issue:
Had an issue with a weird creaking noise turning the wheel after installing Steeda's Dual Rate Competition springs + Pro Active adjustable shocks over a year ago, mechanic redid the...
My experience is a lot like yours, 382whp on a 93 tune but I asked Ryan for a conservative tune as well. Turbo is capable of more but I'm guessing ya gotta push it some more.
Hey folks, I already have MPS4S tires purchased (275/35/19 and 295/35/19 but I ended up not buying the wheels I had intended them for. So now I'm looking for some new wheels. Hard budget is 2k and under, preferably $1700ish at most but I'll go for a good deal if I see one.
Sorry to revive my old thread but I figured it's better than making a new one,
My current wheels are GTPP (9in wide +45 and 9.5in +52.5 rear) w/ 25mm spacers, if I'm doing the math right my effsticef offset is +20 front and +28.5 rear.
Based on this info the front wheels (19x10 +20) would be...
Update, bumpsteer kit is currently in manufacturing and won't be shipped out for another week. Ironically it's just a lateral link that I need to stop the creaking noise from my car! Will wait to receive all the parts before installing anything.
At least it's not as bad as the delay for the...
Ended up getting Steeda's roll center and bumpsteer kit (comes with lateral link that has the extended stud), tension link, and the IRS alignment kit.
Got the bushings instead of bearings version, will update in a couple weeks after I get everything installed.
