This link isn't bringing me to the right video lol what can I search to get to it? I took a look in my car to disconnect the mic and was able to find it right on the headliner, just not sure how to unplug it.
I'm not sure what the big deal is here... He just pulled the recirc hose, that's all. Only problem there is if he didn't plug the opening in the intake that's meant for that hose, which doesn't appear to be the case else, like you said, he wouldn't be making power. The factory dv remains...
Hey guys, just wanted to get a little insight on something curious I'm experiencing.
I have a manual eco on the Cobb stage 1 93 tune. When blipping the throttle for a downshift, I sometimes see negative ignition corrections around -1. Sometimes I see ridiculous numbers up to -4ish. They're...
I would imagine/hope that any legit Ford dealer would be "authorized." I'm sure if you give them a call they'd let you know a dealer near you that you could go to.
I've heard of people cutting out the taper on the MBRP and welding in a 3-inch straight-through resonator to go along with their 3-in DP. Seems like the best idea for sound (especially if you're going catless) and airflow and will most likely be what I do. Any exhaust shop should be able to do...
I installed a UPR DVCC over the weekend. Had to take the intake manifold off to do so. I'm sure I reinstalled everything correctly, check valves are in the right position. Yesterday everything was fine and I ran boost up to around 21 psi (cobb stage 1) consistently.
This morning I floored it...
I thought I'd be fine when I had to get under the intake manifold for this install but nope, not so. I could wiggle my arm up and under it and feel the connector but there was no way I was getting it off at that angle even with a super long screwdriver...
Can's still sitting now...
I think people were saying the stage 2 and 3 should only be used with Cobb's hardparts that correspond with the stage. Pretty sure you'd be better off sticking with stage 1.
Definitely pick up an intercooler asap. The stock one won't be able to keep up with your mods, it barely even holds up...
The so-called E-code engines are apparently more reliable than the 2014 and early 2015 engines. Doesn't look like an E-code has boomed yet.
Seems like the engines coming out of the Cleveland plant around March 2015+ are the e-code engines.
I lost the rubber o-ring that goes onto the sensor in the intake. Anyone know the best place to get a replacement? I'm looking to put the stock intake back in and need it now...
Hi Stephanie! I just today commented on your Facebook post in the NJ S550s group. I'm the guy from Clifton. Don't have a GT for you to cruise in but I have a decently loud catback on my ecoboost!
