This season was my first time drag racing.
It was a blast, I got to spend a lot of quality time with family that I never thought would be as interested in racing as they were. Can’t wait for next year.
Pretty much all of my runs were on wastegate pressure of 5.5#s. Some I left off idle and...

Running Lund E85 tune and a triple pump fuel system. First time out with the car so probably keep it under 10 psi.
Am I going to be okay with stock axles running 7-800whp?

What are the dangers of running the stock catback on a turbo setup?
I was just reading a thread that warns against this but It didn’t say if there are dangers of engine or turbo damage or if you just will be losing power.

Does anyone happen to know what the difference is between the 15-17 sleeper kits and 18+ kits. The only thing I can think is the charge pipe may have a slightly different angle due to the intake manifold differences.
There is a kit for sale on Facebook for a good price but it’s an 18+ kit and...
Nothing against Steeda. Just not sure socket head bolts were the best option for this application. For two reasons.
1. This is a major flaw... When installing the forward most bushing up against the fuel tanks it’s impossible to get a socket on the bolt unless you completely drop the...
Anyone else have issues installing toe links with the Knuckle to toe spherical bearing in place? Seems like the links were designed for the stock bushing width and the bearing is a touch wider.
Not sure it’s worth the effort of trying to widen them and possibly cracking a weld or something...
Anyone else anxiously awaiting this kit? On3 just listed it on their website saying it would be out in August tentatively. The pictures look really nice.
Before anyone else says it. Yes it’s a “max poverty“ kit. Some might turn up their nose at it. And I’m fine with that. I just can’t...
Just picked up a set and figured I’d pass the word along. They look like a quality piece. $99 for vertical links is a very good deal

Looking at a kit on Facebook.
It has 55-62 precisions.
But the more I look at the kit the more I think “f*ck that’s a lot of hot side piping”. All that piping combined with a small turbine housing and I am worried about back pressure.
Option 1- Custom top mount kit(similar placement to on3) with precision bb turbos coming off a race car with a good amount of passes.

I always hear that ball bearing turbos spool faster than journal bearing turbos. Has anyone actually seen empirical evidence of this? I.E. Dyno sheets comparing each type on the exact same setup.
I find it hard to believe ball bearings make that much difference.

Don’t know if this is allowed or if there is a better forum section for this. Moderators can move or delete.
I found this car in my search. Nicely built car but I want a 6R80. Figured I’d help the guy out and post...
I just stumbled upon this website searching 2015 Mustang Repair Manuals. It seems 100% legit and free. Figured it would help other forum members. If for no other reason than to find those pesky torque specs that installation manuals never seem to provide...
Wondering what everyone’s opinion is on financing performance parts.
I see the option for affirm on most retailers websites. They are offering 10% financing for 1-3 years which seems rather high. How often do people really use this option?
I’ve been eyeing the hellion TT kit for awhile now...
