Nail on the head and its a shame to me as the GTR has lost its ethos for me as YouTube is simply littered with bell ends driving GTR s like they have stole them through London init ! . To me the "proper" GTR ;) will always be the R32-34 GTR especially seen as the chavs with daddies money have...
Sorry but you chose a mustang over a GTR ? , I am a gtr man at heart and was always a skyline gtr man ( R32 gtr VSpec 2 ) but you simply can't compare the two cars and if it was me the gtr would be a no contest deal .
Can I ask what swung your choice from the amazing gtr to a new mustang ...
Yeah I know it will be biased and I can honestly see a mustang GT appearing on the drive next year all going well ( assuming the arse doesn't completely fall out of the oil industry ) but I just can't for the life of me work out the hatred for the focus ? .

Yeah basically the entry level model , and ok cars like the 370 and the mustang are bespoke coupe designs but I still don't get what the big deal about it is ? , surely it's a positive as the manufacturer doesn't then need to spend a fortune tooling up for something unique and can pass the...
We had "just a focus diesel estate" last year and by god it was slow but it still handled well enough on my favourite back roads to embarrass more sporty cars ( much to their shock ) so can't and won't go back to that just to have a nice 2dr GT car that sits in the drive.

To me mpg really isn't a issue but what's more important is that we have a car than can be used all the time irrespective of the weather and that my two year old can comfortably be lifted in and out and this is where the RS wins hands down .
I don't understand people's problem with the focus...
Well today was going to be the day that I drove the 5.0 mustang but seen as Aberdeen seems to have its own unique weather , it's been raining solid for the last six days and the roads have just been impassible last night inc the main dual carriageway out of Aberdeen .
So we...
I actually spoke to a lawyer and citizens advice , who told me to speak to consumer advice. So under consumer law the contract was taken out in the garages premises so like I said in the eyes of the law I am the one who broke the contract , it would have been different if they had done anything...
Well finally got through to the solicitors and sadly it didn't go the way I was hoping , so according to the law because it was me that cancelled the "contract" I am not entitled to my deposit back and legally they could have made me proceed with the order.
So I thought I would try and thanks...
So the saga goes on and on ? , I am guessing that ford have seriously underestimated what success the mustang would be in the uk as I am pretty sure any other manufacturer would have made a royal song and dance about it

I know what your saying to a certain extent but there is no way you could confuse a regular A4 with a RS4, even one look at the wide arches would tell you straight away .
Yes everything on a Audi / bmw is a option and yes you are paying for it , but for me the modern Audi and bmw cabins are a...
Christ on a bike that's a fair lead time as Inverness reckoned if I ordered the now it would be approx September delivery , will try and get a firm answer when I go for a drive in the V8

Another biggie for me was the way I got treated with Aberdeen Audi and their complete lack of compassion to what's actually going on in the industry .
Rewind to December last year and I had decided that it was time to step in to my ultimate Audi , a nice facelift RS6 with just a few options (...
