You do get increased camber wear on the tires, but if your tires are not directional than you can flip them on the wheel to get increased mileage. You can also go to zero toe to increase tire life while simultaneously giving better handling; then again, your average owner would complain about...
I can't find a exception to this pattern in all the photo's seen:
100% of the cars with the engine turned dash have been PP cars.
100% of the cars with the brushed dash have been premium's.
Not all the premium's have the brushed dash.
Prove me wrong if you can find a pic.
A lot of suspension designs will increase camber as load is applied throughout the corner. If one start at zero camber with no load, when cornering load is applied the tire will go positive and the contact patch will decrease. If one starts with some negative camber when not under load, when the...
So my newly formed High-pot-assist: The premier trim package (68B), only available on premiums is the brushed dash; all non 68B's get the engine turned.
This is a GT PP with the premium interior and an engine turned dash:
This is an premium EB4, but does it have the PP or do all EB4's get a boost gauge? with a brushed dash:
Is this premium EB4 with a higher boost gauge the PP?
Here is a premium unknown engine non-PP with a brushed dash...
One can only get 68B with the premium interior, correct?
This is a base GT PP interior with the engine turned dash:
I'm starting to think the engine turned is the normal dash and the brushed is the 68B.
It's interesting how different everyone can be, I like the brushed dash like scottpe posted. I'm not as big a fan of the engine turned, one thing I noticed is that picture is of an EB4 dash, where 100% of the GT PP dashes i've seen have been engine turned. - unless i've missed one, please post it.
I'm putting money into savings every month for the down payment and sometimes I think, maybe I should put a little smaller down payment and leave a bit for a power adder...Ford seems to be pushing me to give them a smaller down payment.
It's Ford, taunting the GT PP owners, saying, "Boost it, c'mon, boost it, boost it, boost it now!"
Damn you Ford...First they give it more of the Boss's internals so it'll better handle boost then they put a vac gauge on the dash...they're practically twisting our arms forcing us to go boosted.
Your post is making me worried. I'm 5'9" and 165lbs, if i'm going to end up bouncing around between the bolsters like a ping pong ball, then i'll save my money and get some different seats aftermarket.
I was wondering if anyone knew what a base GT with the P.P. got in place of the toggle switches? I assume it still has those functions, but no toggles?
I've looked at all the interior photo's but have not determined a base GT PP interior.
I'm not 100% confident what ceo said (but i think it was lamborghini's) "The problem is, the skill level of the driver doesn't increase with the cost of the car"
Some cars, like the GT3, are really focused for the track and trying to push the fact that their transmission is faster, however the...
It doesn't not matter what we're talking about, everything in life falls under "If you don't use it, you lose it"
Don't like to parallel park? new fords will park for you, but after a while of relying on the car to parallel park and you lose the ability to parallel park very well because there...
yea, I did my homework and without having the car to look at and measure things, that seems to be my best guess at the perfect tire size for the '15 'stang. I didn't just come up with that tire size by accident but it would be nice if i could get even wider up front.
That is my motivation. Among a group of car guys, i'm seen as an automotive extremist; thats a little sad, but I recognize myself as the canary in the automotive coal mine.
I fully agree that manual transmission is not hard at all, any idiot can do it, it's nothing special in any way, shape, or form. What is special is that for some reason unknown to me, no one else is actually doing it.
